Community Reading Event with West Elementary
Join West Elementary for a community reading event as we read The Complete Adventures of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. Reading will begin March 27 and will end with a view of the movie at Diane Jackson Memorial Park Friday, April 28 at 5:00pm.

About the event
After students return from Spring Break, March 27, we will begin reading the book The Complete Adventures of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. We invite all community members to read along with the children. The school will announce the reading assignments as well as discussion questions that will be posted around town for us all to engage in the project together. Once we complete the book there will be a movie showing in the park Friday, April 28 at 5:00pm. All community members are invited to bring your blankets and lawn chairs to watch the movie!
Students at West Elementary School will be provided a copy of the book. All other community members are encouraged to get your copy from our library, your favorite book store or online.
